All About Our Club

The DWC of West Orange County is a community of like-minded women and men working to keep Florida blue. 

Chartered in 2016, our club is a dynamic, diverse, and commited group of women dedicated to supporting Democratic agendas and candidates in Orange County, statewide, and nationally through grassroots activism.

We offer exciting opportunities to make a difference, participate in legislative advocacy, attend lobbying opportunities in the State Capital , learn and be part of grass roots movements, and attend "DWCF Tally Days". 

Founded on May 24, 1956, the anniversary of the date Eleanor Roosevelt declared as Democratic Women's Day.

The Democratic Women's Club of Florida is recognized as the official Women's Caucus of the Democratic Party.

Our annual Democratic Women's Club of Florida Convention happens right here in Orlando too! 

We bring together Democratic women to share ideas and information on issues, support Democratic candidates, and work to increase voter registration and participation in our county.

Our monthly meetings offer training on political issues and advocacy, local and state speakers, educational discussions, and workshops on various topics.

Our local club members support our community through Days of Action and Days of Service. Learn more below!
